Product arrived safely but tracking was never updated. Contacted customer support and did not recieve a helpful reply at all. Was told to just wait for tracking to update but this never happened.

Products that arrived were largely OK, one can suffered on the postal journey but that's not really the company's fault. More worryingly, I was missing a box of root beer and have yet to hear back after emailing immediately after delivery. Should this be resolved I'd happily chalk it up to a one off issue and use again.

Well, where do I start? I ordered six bags of crisps received only four in one box which were Cheetos. I ordered two bags of onions that I have still not received as of last Monday I have sent three emails with no reply. My question was was my funioin another box. If not, then just refund me the difference before I contact my bank

I placed my order for next day delivery, it came eventually 2 days after it was meant to. I tried to contact them several times with no answer. When the order eventually arrived some of the order was missing. So I contacted them again and this time I had a reply to say when it came to pick my order they had run out of the item I had ordered and that it was being dispatched that same day. No packing note to explain the situation. Nearly 2 weeks has gone by and I'm yet to recieve the rest of my order. I have tried to contact the company AGAIN wanting a refund for the items I have not recieved. NO REPLY yet again!! I will not be using this company again and I'm down a total of £15.97, 2 packs of Sweets @ £ 9.98 and unfullfilled next day delivery @ £5.99.

While they have the American products I want, their delivery is SLOW. Their communication skills are pitiful at best, and after taking my money I still had to chase them up for a delivery date/courier information/etc.. which they did NOT give me. I simply had to wait until I got notification that it was due for delivery from Royal Mail, which was well after the 2-3 working days delivery their website claims.

This is my third or fourth order and everytime items have been missing or substituted for something that I didn't order. Never an email to tell me something is out of stock, I just find out when the parcel arrives. I then have to contact them for a refund.

Hello, i use your store often. I recently bought almost £100 worth goodies for my birthday. When th package arrived it was missing items. I wrote straight away to customer service. Did not get a reply. So wrote again though the website to customer service and, resent by email. Its been over a week with no reply. There is no phone number to call. I very disappointed with this. You have alway been doing very good. Please see my attachment on my order. I hope someone sees this and can help me.. ~Marvin

Wrong order arrived. Sent me smaller sizes than ordered but charged me for the bigger ones I actually ordered. Emailed for this to be rectified as it was a gift for someone but still havent had a response. Will be taking this further if no response or no action taken by next week.

Hi, just received my order of 3x Pancake mix. The Best before date on it is too short , its saying Sep1924 . If its Sep24 then its only about 2 months. I am not happy to have 3 boxes with such a shirt best before date ad no wayI will be able to use even 1 whole box in such a short time as we r not a restaurant. Let me know how I can return 2 boxes and . I am happy to have 2 with a long expiry date . Look fwd to your reply soon.

Emailed twice, ignored twice. Once order was received one of the items was wrong. Didn't bother to report as communication is non existent. Wouldn't order again
