Soooooo slow to deliver. Took for me to email to ask them to either dispatch or refund me to actually dispatch my item. I didn’t opt for next day delivery but standard was stated as 2-3 day dispatch. They took 6 days. I wouldn’t recommend using them

One package arrived yet both were sent out at the aame time, My review will be 5 stars once or if my other package arrives, im missing a £100 mystery box and have had no reply's to any email i have sent to the email address provided on the website.

I ordered 4 x591ml bottles of fizzy drink only 1 arrived the rest came as cans which is less ml than bottles which means I’ve been over charged on top of this the delivery was late and as these were a gift for someone I’m very disappointed with the whole experience

Absolutely zero communication from them. I emailed asking if my order had been dispatched as it was a few days, I then received a generic email to say it was dispatched, but no tracking info. I emailed again a couple days later asking for the tracking info and I didn't get a response from them, again. So I had to open a PayPal dispute, and even though I did eventually receive my order (i received the tracking info the day after the PayPal dispute opened... Not too suspicious), they sent 2 cans instead of bottles and haven't yet refunded me for the bottles. I had a £60 order, which I'd consider quite big. They do have a great selection of products, though a lot of it not in stock.

I have had previous orders that have been successful and have been happy with the products. My latest order has been most frustrating. I placed the order on 7th May. When my parcel arrived on 13th May it had less than half of the ordered products in it and I immediately emailed support. I had to follow up 2 more times before getting a response on 17th May. The response merely asked me how many parcels I received. I replied again with one parcel and what the missing items were. On 20th May I was told the other parcel was lost in transit. This was confusing because I only had one dispatch email with all products on it. I feel like notice that it was coming in two parcels would have been useful since I have to manage my time around receiving deliveries. I was told they were going to get in touch with the warehouse to see if the items I ordered were still available. I had to chase two more times until I got an email on 23rd May to say they only had a couple of items in stock and they could refund the rest. I emailed the same day saying that as the items that are out of stock are the ones I particularly wanted I would like a refund for all my missing items Since then I have followed up asking for the refund on 29th May, 30th May, 6th June & 7th June and have had no response. It's been 5.5 weeks since I placed my order. I still don't have the products I ordered or the refund on the money I paid for them. Very disappointing indeed

I’m allergic to nuts and 80% of my items were peanut related. Also a few items out of date so not happy in the slightest for a £100 box.

I order 4 different mixed bags of hi chew sweets, they cost £4.99 each for what you get they are not worth the money.

Sadly a poor rating. Overall the food I DID receive was of good quality however 4 items were missing and I had received an incorrect flavour of crisps which weren’t too nice. Initially I had emailed and received a response with the option of delivery or refund, I opted for delivery. Getting on practically 3 weeks later and having emailed yet again requesting a refund, I have been ignored. Good product, quite poor service sadly.

Unfortunately X4 Jiffy Pop were out of stock when your order was picked and we later gave the option to either replace when our new stock arrived or refund. Although we agreed with yourself to resend, due to an oversight on our end this was sadly missed. Very slow at getting ordered out and you never get next day delivery even when you pay for it. I’m a bit disappointed!

Wasn’t overly impressed with the content of the mystery box, didn’t think it was value for money. Packaging and presentation non existent. Had far better. Item for a gift

So it would have got a full 5 star because the products were fab bought them for my sons birthday he loved them we received a email to say one product wasn't in stock witch was fine then when we received our order we were missing a item so I sent them a email they got back to me said would I like refund or item sent I said refund is fine still waiting and have sent a few emails asking what's going on and just being ignored witch is disappointing the item was 7.99 and my order was 59 so I spent a bit and to be treated like this is not very customer friendly witch is a shame because this is the only thing that let them down

Not great - delivery took over a week to arrive, some products were out of stock despite being able to order. Also on arrival, all products had short "Best Before" dates and two boxes of Poptarts were less than two weeks.

Good range of products. Had two issues with my delivery, a product missing which I got a refund for due to lack of stock however this was not communicated to me until I complained. I also received the wrong version of a product and even now a month later that has not been resolved. It’s a week in between communications.
