“I have sent 2 emails and made a number of calls and waited on the line for nearly 20 mins but still had no response. I ordered in good faith and even checked with yourself on expiry date but on receiving my items the date was not good. Lesley Benfield”

“I bought a couple of large bags of American halloween candy, the prices were very reasonable, other places were selling smaller bags for more. I'm very pleased with what I got, good quality, good prices.”

“One item was missing from my order. I emailed and a week later nothing apart from confirmation they have my complaint and can take 2 days to respond . Also I chose delivery that according to their website should of had the items with me on Wednesday...I needed them for the Friday to bake cake for husbands party on Saturday...they arrived midday Saturday”

“I placed my first order with American candy a few weeks ago delivery time was prompt but ordered 5 bars of chocolate and only received 3 (not a problem, mistakes happen) once I emailed they got back straight away and gave me a refund no hassle I will certainly be ordering from this company again”

“Terrible. I can't even say bad customer service because you don't reply to emails. You owe me over £30 for items that did not arrive and I've emailed 3 times and no reply. It's been weeks. Will never recommend you and will warn everyone not to buy from you.”
