“Nobody else had the items I wanted in stock and American Candy Co got them to me within a few days and several days earlier than their own estimate. All items were as described and good quality.”

“Give them a chance! Placed my order on 21st Feb and received it 23rd Feb so extremely quick for standard shipping. My order contained glass bottles of Maple Cola and they were very well wrapped and protected to ensure safe arrival. I have seen a few reviews complaining about delivery times but the site is transparent and display a banner on their homepage advising on current dispatch times. Mine took 2 days so nothing to complain about! Compared to a lot of American sites, I found this to have the best range and fairly priced. I would say give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great selection and prices. I’m mostly interested their cereals, pop tarts and candy so their website is a great one stop shop for all my goodies. They have quite a few exclusive items that you can’t find from other suppliers so it’s nice to try someone new once in a while. Shipping was good and well packed. Would order again and recommend to others.”

“1st time ordering I had no issues second time I have not received my order and no communication after emailing! Still not received my items and no communication to send me a refund or send items paid for!!”

“Brilliant. Have been searching for Welch’s grape jelly everywhere and finally found somewhere that does it at a reasonable price. Had some questions about expiry dates so have them a call and the guy on the phone was very polite and patient. Order arrived very quickly so will definitely order again.”

“The Web site could be improved greatly by including better contact details such as an address. I was not confident because of this, so paid by Paypal just in case. But it all worked well for me, will buy again if they have what I need.”

“Really wish I had read reviews before ordering! Bought birthday presents from here expecting to receive the order in time. Again no response to emails that I’ve sent. Email received saying item had been dispatched but haven’t received any tracking information! Very disappointing! Have gone through bank for refund now but really hoping people read these reviews before shopping here!”

Tracking page shows the parcel was delivered on 16-02-2024 at 10:09AM. “I ordered last year and recieved my order in good time But i ordered 27th december and too this day heard nothing off them for a 30 pound order, i contacted my bank and had my money refunded amd the company has never responded, even the bank said that they never got in contact with them to contest the refund Theres no contact info except an email address although the address is linked to a london sweet shop. Go to your bank if you are missing orders and get your money back, do not place an order with them”

Hello Adam, Thank you for your review. I have tracked your order which was sent via Royal Mail under tracking number GG630170061GB and can see it was delivered on 04-01-2024 at 12:54PM. We feel this review is a little unfair since you ordered on 27-12-2024 which we were closed during Christmas. Our warehouse re-opened on 02-01-2024 and your order was dispatched on this day and delivered in 2 days which is the normal timeframe for standard delivery. It's a shame you had to result in opening a chargeback with your bank when this could have been resolved over email. Nonetheless, we apologise for any miscommunication on our end and hope to improve on your experience in the future . Best regards American Candy Co.
