We placed an order with this company a month ago and it arrived in about a week, but one item (£7.99) was missing from the order. I have contacted customer support five times about the missing item and only received a response once that simply asked me to clarify which item was missing (even though I included that info in all of my emails). Customer support is absolutely terrible and I am now going to have to take up the issue with my bank as the company is obviously not going to refund us. I will never order from this company again and wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either!
