0 stars would be more accurate, but that isn't an option. placed order on 1st jan, expected a delay, but not 2 weeks. after a week, got an email saying my order shipped; this was fake news, as no such thing happened. after 4 days, i contacted customer service for a tracking number, they asked for my order number, which was contained in the subject line of the email; hard to know if it was a stalling tactic or plain ignorance, but i provided it again. no one answered. a few days later, my order appeared with 3 things missing, one expired item, and a wrong item. their policy is to report within 48 hours to receive a refund. it's been 2 weeks, no one has been in touch, and no refund has appeared. if you want to order items that are out of stock and don't care about money, go ahead and order. otherwise, stay away. shambolic.
