Really appreciated that they when the product I was buying was out of stock. It was on sale, it they offered to give me another one as well as a similar product, which was not on special for what I paid. There was a confusion with the delivery, but I think that was the courier who said they would deliver one day but didn't deliver till another day despite it being overnight. Everyone was ultra friendly and very accommodating
