“Very disappointing experience
I placed an order on November 3rd to be delivered to Queenstown within 2–3 business days. When the delivery didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service several times by phone, email, and chat. Since it was delayed, I requested to change the delivery address to Wanaka, which was confirmed by the team.
However, after all this communication, the parcel was still delivered to Queenstown — exactly where I had asked it not to be sent. After more than 10 days, I still haven’t received my product, and no one has provided a real solution.
Extremely disappointing experience. I needed the product urgently, and not only did it arrive late, it never arrived at all. I would expect a refund and better communication from the company in situations like this.”

“Website is misleading. Purchased an item and was under the belief that it was a carton not a singular product and the refund took an extended period of time/ will not be using this company again”

“Great product. However I thought I was getting a box of 12, as the advertisement illustrates an entire box. The text is a little ambiguous too as to whether you're purchasing one unit (from the box) or one unit (the entire box). If unclear, the image of the box then suggests that you are indeed purchasing an entire box. Suggest making this more clear to the customer and maybe adding a photo of a single unit to make this less misleading. If recommending to colleagues, I would suggest to them to check what they are buying. Thanks.”

“The staff are very friendly and keen to help. Product knowledge appears to be very low. Invoicing and packing slips are all over the place - very confusing to have seversal packing slips with back orders repeated amongst what was delivered, and also multiple invoices.
