Delivery time was unacceptable. I placed the order on 16/05/2025 and did not recieve the item until 21/05/2025. 5 Days! With most suppliers that I order from in NZ I recieve the goods within 1 or 2 days.
It took you 2 days just to processit and then send me an email telling me that it would be on the courier soon. You really need to up your game and get the orders out sooner if you want your online sales increase.
