I have a suggestion to make. Once we have proceeded to checkout and confirmed the order, there is a button that we need to push to continue the order process which will return us to our BupaShop platform. I think it is currently label "return cart" or some such. Perhaps this can label can be changed to something like "Confirm order" as I didnt realise that I had to push that button to complete my order
