I scoured these reviews in the run-up to my retreat with APL and was comforted by the positive experiences. In reality, APL is so much more than any words that could be written in this box but I wanted to write them because if you are considering this journey, I cannot reccomend APL enough. Throughout the retreat, I felt so safe, held, seen and inspired by Boris, Sasha, Celeste and the extended team cooking and caring for us. Their knowledge and passion are infectious and the respect and trust they had for each other, for us and the medicine is second to none with a sense of humour to boot. It was a challenging but life-changing week and the gratitude I feel towards this experience with them as facilitators only increased since we finished our retreat. I won't say anything about the experience with the medicine itself as that is for you to discover but know that you couldn't be in safer hands than with APL.
