Well where to start when writing a review? This was beyond question the most profound & life changing experience for me. It was grueling at times, but beyond that incredibly healing & beautiful is a word that cannot contain what I want to say. I am so grateful that I chose APL, taking Ayahuasca is a big decision & that should not be underestimated, but you could not be in better hands with the APL team & I have no hesitation in recommending them, more than that, I personally would not do it with anyone else. The team are second to none, kind, compassionate, pragmatic, supportive in every possible way you can imagine & actually they themselves are the best possible advert you could have for Mother Aya. Boris, Amanda, Krystalline, Sasha thank you so much, I owe you such a huge debt of gratitude. Thank you to Danielle & Angeles for the delicious food and a special thanks to the beautiful human that is Alberto, our curandero, who took us on our journey of healing. Some tips for those contemplating going on this journey, make sure you understand the significance of what you are doing & have a clear intention. Approach with the respect & humility the journey does require & follow the diet! At times it may be difficult, but you will not regret it!
