I had a problem with a snap falling off of a Deerhunter Muflon jacket I purchased in August. It was promptly replaced by Ardmoor without a hassle. This is the best customer service I have ever received anywhere for any product.
They will have all of my outdoor clothing business from this day onward and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
