Dear Mr Moulson, Thank you for your review and for bringing this matter to our attention. As we discussed in our call this afternoon, the order you placed on 2nd December was dispatched on 6th December but has been held up with Royal Mail as the first line of your address was missing when we received your order. “Duly collected. The boots are a Christmas present, so I have not tried them on yet ! But ordering and collecting process worked well. The warehouse collection point was a bit of a shambles ! Hope that helps”

“The ordering and delivery of my item was great, the quality of the item good however the sizing runs very small meaning unfortunately the trousers did not fit and I now have to return them. This is particularly inconvenient at this time of year, so proper sizing measurements on the actual waistband would be helpful as uk sizes vary significantly between retailers.”

The sizes for this brand are in the European Sizing system and we have allocated UK sizes according to measurements. We have a size guide to the right of the size selector which does give waist measurements. We apprecaite it can be frustrating to return a new item, we have a returns portal available to acivate a return for your item which is easy to use and will provide a return label at a small charge to get your item back to us.
