“Great service. One item I ordered was no longer in stock so they emailed offering alternatives or a refund and what out of their way to ensure the alternative item got into the parcel with everything else even though it was late in the day. I ended up having return one item as sizing wasn’t quite right (not their fault, very hard to fit a tall thin child). Refund was easy and money back in my account very fast. Excellent customer service. Would use them again.”

“Items I ordered weren’t actually in stock but there was no mention of this on the website when ordering which was very misleading. No communication from ArdMoor as to where my order was until I contacted them which was very poor. I will not use this company again.”
