“Firstly the sizing on the two items of footwear were not good, wellingtons too big and boat shoes too small! Only risked ordering online as it is stated on website that if you print your return label and have it collected by Royal mail it is free but that is not the case! Very misleading, I kept nothing from the order because of poor sizing but had to pay to return!”

Regarding the cost of returns for refund, our policy states that £4.50 is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping and handling, though we offer free returns when choosing store credit via gift card. “After being let down by another company, I found Ardmoor online and ordered a dog training coat from them for my gundog practice this winter. I was shocked and delighted when it arrived the following day! Amazing service! And a great range of brands and gear! I won’t go anywhere else but Ardmoor in the future :)”
