We're delighted to hear that you find them comfortable, but we are sorry to see you received the wrong colour. As discussed when we spoke this morning, the green boots have in fact been inside a box for the blue boots in error, so they have scanned through our systems as French Blue. “Excellent service from Ardmoor. Even with the delay from their stockist, I was reassured by regular updates and an option to alter my order, which there was no need to as I received notification that my order was in the post and would be with me in 24hrs - which it was. They're range and avaiability of sizings makes them the perfect choice. Unlike so many retailers (including eBay), Ardmoor go above and beyond to ensure total customer satisfaction. "In the immortal words; "I'll be back".”
