The products you offer are second to none. The recurring issue is availability. I have placed two consecutive orders that you were unable to filfill. This past order, received last week, included a brand new boot line, from Italy, Dedito. The boots I ordered were not available, so I choose the same boot but in a different material from that line which then delayed the order. I placed the order in plenty of time in order to beat the new tariff deadline, but because of the delay from Ardmoor we then got snagged. Then, once the order was received in the US, customs needed more paperwork, for the boots. This further delayed the shipment. By the time the order was delivered it was August 1, and the order cost me over $330 dollars in additional tariff fees on an order of GBP 509.82. Your delay cost us dearly.

While we do advertise a 3–5 working day dispatch timeframe, your order was shipped on working day 5, which is within our stated timescale. The garment I purchased was very good quality at a very reasonable price. The delivery date was put back so had to wait longer than expected.

I loved shopping with Ardmore online. I’d made an error with the item I ordered and their correspondence was excellent and it was sorted straight away. The product is for winter but it looks great and was a good buy in their sale. I was kept informed of the delivery date. Recommended.

The website is pretty good, though more pictures of the clothing would help make more informed choices Sizes can vary sometimes, so a size sixteen can be more like a fourteen, so a rating on true to size would be useful Items are always a good quality and I have bought on numerous occasions and not returned on quality but on size. The returns system is so easy to use, so recently bought two coats for my wife, in the hope of keeping both( a lagoon type and a winter lined coat) but one was a small sixteen, so returned it, and received a refund quickly. Delivery via Royal Mail was fast and tracked, and worked well. I would recommend Ardmore as a trusted retailer, with high quality and service standards.
