“There was a considerable delay between placing my order and its receipt. This was apparently due to a shipment from Harkila being delayed and then help up at customs. It would have been helpful if I had know the item was not in stock when I ordered it but there was a lot of communication advising me regarding the progress of my order. The good news is that the Harkila fleece is fine and your customer service department works well.”

“Order was delayed 2 weeks due to delay with suppliers however kept informed and arrived next day I do not like 3 to 5 day shipping though but does not effect me purchasing from ArdMoor”

“Good delivery and timely Good notification of returned goods. Garment was too large, hence reason for return. Shame there were flaws and marks on the garment.”
