I tried to order for a birthday, items showing as in stock and then emailed to say out of stock so to chose another item that is in stock from a list sent over. On the list was an item that was out of stock but I wasn’t informed until they changed the order meaning one of my items didn’t come until after the birthday.

I have never used this company before. After reading all the reviews I decided to buy from them. Years of waterproof coats not lasting I have purchased a Deerhunter all weather coat. Tried it out yesterday on a very wet and windy day on the beach walking my dog. It kept me warm and dry. Love this coat it's soft to touch and doesn't make a rustling noise when walking. The placing the order was easy to do. The coat arrived on time. I will buy more products from them 🥰

Very helpful when I had an issue with an item of clothing i had purchased some months before.. Nothing that was their fault but they responded instantly after receiving my email and resolved the issue within 24 hours, most impressed with their aftercare service.
