Dear Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your recent experience. Please note that the £5.95 tracked delivery fee you paid to receive your order is refunded when you return an item for refund. We do deduct £4.50 from this balance to cover the returns postage when returning an item for refund, so you should actually only be £4.50 out of pocket rather than £9.50. It is clearly stated on our returns pages and on the returns portal that we deduct £4.50 from your refund amount to cover the returns postage and handling when retuning an item for a refund, which is usually a little more favourable than if you had paid the postage at a Post Office yourself. shirt came up very small but the worst part is the customer service. Item was returned with all tags as they asked but then made out the tags were missing and refused to refund absolute joke of a company. As a business owner myself i know how important it is to treat your customers correctly it’s a shame Ardmore don’t.

Dear Luke, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your recent experience. As we have discussed, both items you returned had had the tags removed. We did receive the tags for the trousers you returned and were able to reattach these and honour your exchange request, however we did not receive the tags within the packaging for the shirt you returned, and as such were unable to accept the item back for a refund. Our returns policy clearly states 'we accept items that are returned within the 28-day time frame providing they are in original condition with their original packaging and tags intact'. You mentioned some challenges in trying items on with tags attached during our email exchange, please note that we are always happy to assist and accommodate in situations like this, but ultimately we are unable to re-sell the shirt without it's original tags and packaging which is why it was returned to you. I have just bought my second pair of Aigle parcours vario 2 wellingtons from Ardmoor- the last pair having lasted 4 years ( and they get worn daily over very rough moorland.) They are the best wellingtons for my feet ( painful balls of foot) and enable me to walk long distance. I have also bought waterproof trousers and gloves from Ardmoor and they are my “go to” shop for all good outdoor clothing that works. The service is fast, reliable and traceable and I was kept updated all along the process. 5 star company with good customer service that I use over and over again. Highly recommend them, their products and service. Thank you.

New shoes had slight evidence of previous wear (fluff and hair inside one) and slight staining/marks similarly to one shoe. Not the end of the world, but new should be new and perfect.

I live in north east Scotland and ordered a pair of wellington boots from ArdMoor. To my amazement, they were delivered 24 hours later! Great boots, excellent price and a truly remarkable service. I can strongly recommend Ardmoor.

Item purchased was exactly as per the website image and I am very pleased with its quality. However I ordered the item on a Monday and called Wednesday to see if it had been dispatched. The young lady advised it would be leaving the warehouse on Thursday which is disappointing as the Friday was Good Friday (no Royal Mail deliveries) and my son’s birthday was Saturday. Came home to it waiting for me on the doorstep and still had to wrap it. Would have given 5 stars if delivery had have been better.
