I tried to order for a birthday, items showing as in stock and then emailed to say out of stock so to chose another item that is in stock from a list sent over. On the list was an item that was out of stock but I wasn’t informed until they changed the order meaning one of my items didn’t come until after the birthday.

New shoes had slight evidence of previous wear (fluff and hair inside one) and slight staining/marks similarly to one shoe. Not the end of the world, but new should be new and perfect.

There was a severe lack of information once my item was ordered, this lead me to calliang to check if the item i ordered would be available to be delivered on time and at that point i was promised it would be with me on Friday at the latest (04/10/2024) ansd instead the delivery was made today after i had trawkkws/.

bought 2 shirts over the phone i was told both items were in stock i paid £5.99 for next day delivery it was two weeks befor irecived the items !!!!!

Hi Mr Coff Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent order and apoloigies to hear that you had a slight delay with your order Each of the products has a time line describing the amount of time it will take for the order to process in the warehouse. In the instance of your order, the item was due to take 2-5 working days to allow the replenishment stock to arrive in our warehouse and then be processed by the warehouse team. As stated on our website, once we have processed the items in the warehouse, the order will be dispatched with the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service. Unfortauntely, we did have a slight delay on your order as the replanishment stock had been held up at customs and therefore the order was dispatched one day after our predicted timeline. Within that time, we contacted you via email and phone to update you on the progress of the order. Please accept our apologies for any delay in your order, we aim to provide an efficient service and to communicate any disruption or delays if they are to crop up. Ordered a gun bag on Good Friday, said on the website ships in 2-3 working days. So should have shipped by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest after the bank holiday (Tue,Wed,Thu). Didn’t get shipped until Friday, then didn’t get delivered until the Monday after that - right after I’d gone on holiday which I was obviously avoiding by ordering it in plenty of time. Been sat with my neighbour for a week now, and obviously not a small parcel. Expected better service than this for well over £100 of goods and then £21!!! for delivery and it’s not even next day. Disappointed being the first time I’ve used this company as the prices are competitive but the delivery costs were too high and too slow for the price.

We advertise a 2-3 working day shipping timescale for Jack Pyke and Ridgeline products, however unfortunately your order was delayed slightly by the Easter Monday bank holiday in Scotland. I can see we despatched your order on 4th April but it did not reach the Parcelforce network until the 5th April, which has highlighted an issue with our advertised despatching timescale for oversized items which cannot be carried by our usual Royal Mail collections. We will ensure we rectify our advertised timescales on our site and would like to thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention. I ordered a pair of wellies that came with a free boot bag, but to my dissapointment the boot bag was not with the wellies. Dissapointing especially considering how much the wellies cost.

The order was held up by a supplier sending them the wrong item.ArdMoor advises that orders can take 5 days in their premises before despatch. It took over a week to get my 3 items and I complained. A small refund was made, to be fair but that wasn't the point. I placed an order for deehunter stuff with a competitor at the same time as ArdMoor. It was delivered next day. The articles from ArdMoor were as expected so no criticisms.

Ordered on line , both items showing ‘in stock ‘ , several days later i received an emails ‘sorry i went to collect your order from our warehouse, but one of your items was out of order & our stickers has now said no delivery before Christmas’ . So be aware if buying from them. popular items may show in stock but won’t be .

One of the two hat's was under sized, and you did not have the next size up, but wanted to charge the return postage for something that wasn't my fault, not good.

Ordered and paid for Alan Paine Rutland shooting waistcoat lichen 5xl. Later to be told you've no stock !. So let down by poor stock control. Waited a week for my order then I found out it was to be delivered by the useless Royal Mail no am or pm delivery windows and of course after staying in all day I went out shopping at 15.30 yep you've guessed it they tried delivering my order at 15.45 so I had to wait another 2 days,my advice dump Royal Mail for anyone else.

I’ve been asked to review but I still haven’t received it. So this review is only regarding delivery which is poor. I would suggest they start using a different courier as it’s been with Royal Mail since 30th October and no further updates are available on the tracking. I ordered this on 26th Oct and it’s now 3rd Nov.

Thank you for your review, I do apologise for the delay experienced with Royal Mail. The package left us on the 27th October and I can see it is now out for delivery today. My apologies as there is not normally this delay with the Royal Mail service.

Great products ,but your delivery charges are one of the dearest when compared to your competition and your time from submitting your order to delivery completion is one of the slowest.
