The order was held up by a supplier sending them the wrong item.ArdMoor advises that orders can take 5 days in their premises before despatch. It took over a week to get my 3 items and I complained.
A small refund was made, to be fair but that wasn't the point.
I placed an order for deehunter stuff with a competitor at the same time as ArdMoor. It was delivered next day.
The articles from ArdMoor were as expected so no criticisms.
