I purchased a pair of Aigle Parcour wellies in January 2022. For reasons I do not need to go into here, I did not use them for over 18 months. Where I did wear them one boot leaked. Despite them being well outside the usual warranty period, Ardmoor contacted Aigle in pursuit of a warranty claim and secured a replacement pair of boots. It's good to know that level of customer service does exist. We will certainly use Ardmoor again.
