I purchased a pair of moleskin jeans which despite being labelled correctly were unfortunately not the size they should've been because the wrong label was attached to the product I'd received. By following the returns procedure a refund was issued the following day and confirmed by email so I'm happy that when things don't always go to plan the company responded positively very quickly.
