Great selection of quality items, very efficient & polite customer service but the time from placing an online order to delivery seemed overly long (8 days) and certainly not comparable to other online specialists. Only an observation and certainly not a complaint but since there is a lot of competion these days, there has to be comparible efficiency so I can only give 4 stars this time.
