I have bought 3 pairs of walking boots from Ardmoor - the 3rd pair, Hoggs of Fife nevis boots, began to fall apart after 1 year. Ardmoor sorted my claim out with Hoggs on my behalf which resulted in a full refund/exchange for new pair. Very quick and helpful with immediate response on emails. Fully recommend.
