Went to ArdMoor in North Berwick hoping there was a shop but only an office and storeroom. However, staff there were really helpful. I was looking for a particular jacket but it was not available in my size. After a search online, another jacket was found and fetched from the storeroom. Fitted perfectly and was purchased. 10/10 for customer service.
