My online purchase was sorted very promptly and professionally. I was informed by a wonderful customer care representative that the item I had ordered was not in stock due to a delayed delivery by the manufacturing company, but was promised that it was on its way to ArdMoor Ltd and expected within 4-5 days. They apologized about the problem and also offered an alternative remedy if I did not wish to wait. These things can happen, and I opted to wait, and they kept me updated via email. Within a week or so, their parcel reached me (in Malta). That's what I call excellent customer service. Well done!
