What started out as a minor gripe about marketing, turned into an amazing customer experience.
Kathryn in Operations took the time to apologise and provide a rational explanation on my point, then proceded to go back and forth with me to ensure I got what I was looking for in the correct size. She went over and above in my opinion. If all companies acted like this the world would be a better place!
