I ordered too big a size of box sadly in error, to try and make the best of a bad situation I used 50% of the stock and called to explain I'll need to order a different size and asked if I could return the other boxes (un-opened) so they could be re-sold. I was told no refunds no returns (despite the return policy on the website saying return for any reason). The boxes themselves are decent and the delivery was quick, however I will not be ordering from this company again as I got the impression helping their customers and flexibility is not at the heart of their business, quite a shame as I was due to order quite a lot more stock which will be going elsewhere now.
