“We have been using ASC direct for our boxes for over 7 years and they have never failed us. They deliver quickly and are super efficient. They are great value I don't doubt at all that if there was a problem they would rectify it before we even knew!”

“I orderes 50 bespoke boxes on the 5 day service. Ordered on a Monday and expected to receive not the next Monday but 10 business days away. I had 0 communication from the company I had to send 3 emails before getting any reply.”

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the communication and delivery timing. I’ve looked into your order, which was placed at 8am on Monday 30th March 2026. Your boxes were dispatched on Thursday 9th April and are due for delivery today. The production timeline was affected by the bank holidays on the 3rd and 6th April, which are not classed as working days. These dates are factored into the estimated delivery shown at checkout. In total, your order was dispatched on the 7th working day, with delivery scheduled for the 8th working day. We also apologise for the delay in responding to your emails — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience. If there’s anything further you’d like us to look into, please let us know.

“ASC have consistently provided an excellent service for a great product. I have been using the Bespoke Box Builder since 2018 and it is the perfect tool for small runs of boxes at a good price. I'll be reordering very soon.”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Your order was manufactured and packaged into three separate outer cartons (3 lots of 25 boxes). As soon as the first part of your order was completed, we dispatched it on Friday with DPD so there was no delay to you receiving it. The remaining two cartons were dispatched on Monday. Unfortunately, these were sent with two different couriers — one with DPD and one with FedEx. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback has been passed on to our production team so we can review this process.
