“It took more than 5 working day to get ready (ordered on 1/2/26when I chased the order they said it would be despatched on the 11/2/26 next day delivery which they failed am now making wooden boxes to send out to my customers not happy and won’t be using you again”

Hi Robin, thanks for taking the time to review us. We are sorry we havent provided the expected service on this occasion. Your order was placed at 8.10am on 2nd Feb and should have been dispatched on the monday 9th at the lastest, It actually left our warehouse on Tuesday 10th on a 24 hour service to be delivered by Fedex on wednesday 11th. Having checked the tracking it is showing to be delivered Thursday 12th before 6pm. We can only apologise for the delay and offer you 20% off your next order if you choose to shop with us again.

“Initially the package arrived damaged due to poor handling by the carrier. Only a few boxes were damaged. ASC were incredibly fast to respond and replaced my whole order in 1 day. Will definitely use again.”

“This is the second time I have ordered boxes like this. I allowed a 10 mm tolerance all round this time. The result is much better, in fact it's perfect. Made up and glued the boxes are ideal...”
