“Ultimately the box viewer wasn't clear enough sobox ended up being too large. I also felt this was too flimsy.”

“I ordered too big a size of box sadly in error, to try and make the best of a bad situation I used 50% of the stock and called to explain I'll need to order a different size and asked if I could return the other boxes (un-opened) so they could be re-sold. I was told no refunds no returns (despite the return policy on the website saying return for any reason). The boxes themselves are decent and the delivery was quick, however I will not be ordering from this company again as I got the impression helping their customers and flexibility is not at the heart of their business, quite a shame as I was due to order quite a lot more stock which will be going elsewhere now.”

“Good online box editor and quick delivery but the boxes were very hard to fold and a the glued joints were very weak and a lot needed taping.”

“Order slow in being despatched, when I chased and requested a Saturday delivery, I was told this had been arranged but that wasn't true, so order was never going to arrive Saturday, instead arrived as planned on the Tuesday after the bank holiday.”

“Product was very good as always but the courier service is a disgrace. To let you know at 0940 onthe same day as delivery is not acceptable it should be the prior day and with no option to change the delivery date on their website it is not ideal. I then entered live chat and after being passed to three people the chat was closed down !!! ASC very good DX appalling.”
