“I ordered too big a size of box sadly in error, to try and make the best of a bad situation I used 50% of the stock and called to explain I'll need to order a different size and asked if I could return the other boxes (un-opened) so they could be re-sold. I was told no refunds no returns (despite the return policy on the website saying return for any reason). The boxes themselves are decent and the delivery was quick, however I will not be ordering from this company again as I got the impression helping their customers and flexibility is not at the heart of their business, quite a shame as I was due to order quite a lot more stock which will be going elsewhere now.”

Hi David, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Apologisesfor the delay with your order which was dispatched on Monday. I've been told that you spoke with our customer service team this morning who advised that FedEx have 'attempted' delivery. We have raised a case with them as we don't believe this to be true. They have stated that your parcel should be delivered tomorrow.

“Ordered for next day delivery which was Monday was told when I called late on Monday they was out for delivery nothing arrived called Tuesday again told they would be delivered before 6pm nothing arrived called this morning Wednesday was told would call back and let me know they called back no apology said they out for delivery today arrived I asked for refund on my delivery charge as paid for next day they said they would speak to there supervisor and come back I have not received call back terrible service”
