1st time buying product turned up quickly and loved the freebies. 2nd time Was unsettling this round and delayed as product wasnt shipped as stated until I put through a message and received around 3 weeks after purchase date. Then it was quickly organised and apology given and back on track , however I did lose fertile eggs because of this delay.
