I have brought 8 pairs from Aussie Soles over the years and I have always been more than happy. I purchased 2 pairs in Dec - although I ordered the same size as always, 1 pair was considerably smaller than the previous ones I have ordered. Also smaller than the second pair that arrived at the same time. I did not realise this for a while andI am still wearing them, hoping they will stretch. I normally would have followed up on this but being such a busy time of year time got away on me. I would have given a 5 star rating going by your history but I did find this disappointing
