I had to return two pairs of shoes as the sizing has changed since my last purchase. From the email on the matter, I thought the postage for the exchange would be covered - it wasn't. Communication was not
at all clear which marred the experience. I am yet to receive the exchanged items so cannot comment on comfort etc. Just make sure you are selecting the right size as things may have changed.
