Was disappointed that the item I wanted appeared to be in stock when I made the purchase. Next day I was notified that it was on order and offered an alternative. I declined this offer and accepted the delayed delivery date. That said the communication from that point on was good and we are happy. Even if the deliver guy needed me to use my muscles.
