“Not happy how the piano arrived we bought it as a present and ther was no packaging at all it came with postage labels on the box, so to remove the labels we removed parts of the piano inscription on the box.”

“Very happy with Casio Privia px770we. Quick free delivery to my door with $100 cashback and free Casio branded piano stool. Very easy to deal with, quick online purchase process. Only complaint is the piano stool is too high to fit the player's legs comfortably sitting at the piano, will have to cut down stool legs, easy enough fix.”

“I recently ordered a grand piano cover. There was a delay due to it being in back order. When it arrived at PW, I was notified by email and text. Every step of the delivery was given to me. Excellent communication! Thanks.”

“Although the product was fine the company contracted by Australian Piano Warehouse to deliver the item to my house (Team Global Express) was hopeless . The TGE refused to communicate by phone (both the delivery staff and their customer service staff) which meant we had no warning when they would arrive to deliver. This was made worse by the fact that they were not given authorisation (by APW) to leave the package even though I requested this. They tried 3 times to deliver - the third time it went to a 'hub' (AusPost Office) who refused to take it as it was too big (then it went back to the depot for a 3rd time). All follow ups with TGE had to be done on a 'chat' - most of the time with a bot and then with a person. It took a week of back and forth and in the end I had to pick up the item from the depot myself. This has discouraged me from buying anything online again from APW.”

“I am very happy with the product! Thank you so much! I think you could improve your tracking system for online orders - it was confusing, or did not show much information, which caused me to call your call centre for an update. Also the courier (Toll) was not very equipped to deal with dropping the product at my house - they had a single person without a functional trolley.
