Not happy how the piano arrived we bought it as a present and ther was no packaging at all it came with postage labels on the box, so to remove the labels we removed parts of the piano inscription on the box.

The order status is not updated promptly online so that I missed the delivery date and need to reschedule and wait for longer period of time to have the piano

The delivery was a complete nightmare. Item was only available from depot 100km away. No success in creating authority to leave without signature despite multiple requests. Value was $60

Unfortunately, my experience buying a digital piano and stand through this vendor was a real mess. I was informed my click-and-collect was ready, drove an hour out to pick it up to find out the location had no clue why I received the alert. I received another letting me know it was ready while at the location waiting for them to find out what was going on. The general manager at Blackburn rang around and helped locate some of the items of my order from a nearby location so that I didn't leave empty-handed and arranged for the remaining stand on my order to be delivered instead. The delivery took an extra two weeks, and I was told it would be sent to the store location for click and collect, despite being told it would be delivered. When queried, they confirmed the actual address and assured me it would be delivered. When the package arrived, it was the wrong part. I then had to take time off work to be around to give the wrong part back to a courier while I waited for the actual stand I had ordered to be delivered. It arrived with the box damaged and half the instruction book missing, but thankfully the staff replaced that with a PDF copy. Overall, not a great experience. It caused a lot of stress and didn't end up saving me money in the end, after having to take time off work to help fix their mistake. Please be careful when purchasing online from this vendor. While I eventually got my piano and am very happy with the model itself, the online service was horrible. Kudos to Greg from the Blackburn store for going out of his way to help me in-store, though. His customer service certainly changed my 1 star into 2.

I purchased what I thought was a Genos 2 keyboard from an advertisement on the website. It was advertised as a Genos 2 and was discounted as a demonstrator. When I took delivery I realised that it was actually an older model and not a Genos 2. When I complained I was told that the “2” referred to in the advertisement was the firmware version number. The advertisement was clearly misleading. I also paid full price for the speaker kit accessory but received a very battered second hand unit. When I complained I was offered a $40 discount. I think you need it more than I, Australian Piano Warehouse, so I decline.

Unfortunately delivery of my purchase was protracted and frustrating despite ultiple assurances from Aus Piano Warehouse and the courier.

I ordered my piano in early January and I am yet to receive it! It’s stuck in Welshpool WA and causing me grief. Perhaps you need to use a more reliable courier service especially if people are ordering expensive items. I’m worried that something has happened to my order and that it will take another month for me to receive my piano. It’s very frustrating. People have complained about the courier service. Why aren’t you taking the advice and switching to a more reliable courier service?

They had the stuff I wanted, website said "in stock" but only after I paid did they advise me one of the items was on back order which led to a considerable delay in delivery. Lucky it wasn't urgent!

Ordered a piano stand online , the web site stated that this product was in stock at the time of purchase. After I payed for it they tell me sorry that product is sold out and now on back order. And they don’t know how long it will take to eventually arrive. Very dissatisfied , if they don’t have the product then they should not take the order.

I received my dgx 670 Yamaha keyboard and the product itself is fine but it arrived unheralded from interstate and was left on the doorstep against the front door partly exposed to the rain on the Thursday afternoon of a long weekend with no phone contact to let me know the courier was dumping it there ( even though my phone number was easy to read on the box) I arrived home at 7.30 pm and had to try to lift the 40kg huge box in the front door ( after trying to access the door) On checking the tracker app at that time, it still said the keyboard was in south Australia (not NSW) So, in short, the courier service and level of communication was appalling and I am lucky the Keyboard was still there - had I gone away for the long weekend it would have been a different story

The description of the keyboard was not adequate (length) for me to purchase a keyboard that would fit my desk. Now I am being told I have to pay 10% of the cost to exchange it. The online returns form has very limited options for reason for return and so I clicked “change of mind” and I think this is potentially why. It would be better if: 1. Your returns form included an option for reason for return as “not as described” or similar 2. You include the dimensions of the keyboards L x W x D and not just the box dimensions.

I ordered the product online and that was pretty straight forward & simple and I chose to pick up the piano (CLP-785) from the Milton store in Brisbane. I introduced myself to the salesperson, told him I had ordered a piano online, was here to collect the item and presented him with my emailed order verification. The salesperson didn't even acknowledge me (I mean, not at all... not even a simple "Hello" or "Can I help you?"). He simply called out to the warehouse employee and then turned around and walked off! The warehouse employee was a friendly guy, we had a bit of chat and then he helped me load the piano (123kg) into my vehicle. So all in all, it wasn't a total unpleasant experience but definitely could have been better. At least acknowledge your customers and thank them for their business. In case you've forgotten, they're the ones that actually keep you in business... I wanted to talk to someone about upgrading the piano bench but after that experience, I just left the store and purchased one elsewhere.

Piano got lost n have to wait for close to 2weeks while trying to locate the lost item. Stand got delivered first n too many correspondences with Toll n warehouse. Didn't want to deliver another one while trying to locate the lost item n asked to pick from warehouse if urgent. Have to explain my comments with kids as a widower and try to balance work.

Delivery by Ipec required follow up as the first delivery was incomplete and required follow up from me. When contacting the live chat the first time the operator was unable to provide any delivery updates. Order process was easy - once ordered the process for delivery was below average

Ordered for same day click and collect - only because was told all in stock at chosen location via live chat. After placing order told that order would be fulfilled interstate as it was not in stock. Then next day told there was order error was all in stock and ready for collection at chosen location

Ordered Piano cover. Got am email that the order was dispatched two days later. No order turned up after a week. After following up, which took a while, the package arrived a further week later
