“Product was as advertised - unfortunately our experience with the courier company used was terrible and we received the product weeks after ordering and after two follow up calls. Would not purchase from any company using this courier company.”

“I am very happy with the product! Thank you so much! I think you could improve your tracking system for online orders - it was confusing, or did not show much information, which caused me to call your call centre for an update. Also the courier (Toll) was not very equipped to deal with dropping the product at my house - they had a single person without a functional trolley. “Very happy with the company. Very happy with the product I bought. I thought the delivery process needs a bit of work. Courier Companies can be difficult to work with. If it is not going to arrive when stipulated, it is better to inform the customer beforehand. I know courier companies are difficult, and it would also be good if the customer was advised exactly where the product would be delivered if you miss delivery.”

“Good price, and piano shipped promptly (so I have review delivery time positively). However, I also ordered headphones at the same time and all of the tracking information was confused by having two items in the same order. Ultimately, it took nearly a month for the headphones to arrive, despite an array of notifications that they were pending, or on their way, or had been collected, or whatever. That system could use some work.”

“Everything was great, the only thing that let it all down was the delivery, it did not arrive at the same time. The keyboard was the one thing we were hanging out for and it ended being the last thing to arrive. However we really appreciated how the whole process was handled. Thank you very much we absolutely love the whole set up!”

“The purchase process was reasonably straightforward. There was a delay because I was not expecting the anti-fraud measures in place and didn't know that I needed to perform extra steps. I suggest that you inform purchasers of this process during checkout to avoid confusion and delay.”

“The piano is good but the delivery was not good enough, as only one delivery guy was here and the piano is so heavy that I hurted my hand helping to lift that into my house, not recommended if only a lady is at home, and the installation was not easy, too heavy.”
