Good price, and piano shipped promptly (so I have review delivery time positively). However, I also ordered headphones at the same time and all of the tracking information was confused by having two items in the same order. Ultimately, it took nearly a month for the headphones to arrive, despite an array of notifications that they were pending, or on their way, or had been collected, or whatever. That system could use some work.
