“Delivery service needs to be improved. Probably Australia Post should be the primary delivery courier. I found my $700+ purchased items left in my front yard without any notification.”

“APW is fine. Only thing to improve. The DHL guy dropped the piano off the truck on purpose. I had to tell him "you know that's a piano".”

“All good. The only comment I'd make is that I ordered a keyboard and a stand together. The stand arrived on its own. Next day, the keyboard arrived. I would have thought the two items would have been bundled together. The way it was handled meant an extra trip for the delivery guy and a delay for the customer. Apart from that, satisfactory, and at a good price.”

“The only confusion was when the 2 boxes came on different days. The courier was not sure why that happened. It just made you wonder if a box was lost. All sorted out in the end. The courier was great.”

“The electronic piano performs as expected. The only two areas I would suggest need improving are 1) email communication - the html formatting appears to have a coding error and doesn't render correctly - just shows a bunch of code and 2) choose a more reliable courier. I live 8 km from the CBD and it took three days to be delivered from the date it was picked up. Aside from taking way too long to travel 8 kms, the tracking status did not update for all three days. It remained as "picked up" until 2 minutes before it was actually delivered to me.”

“I ordered some piano items on line ( an upright key and coasters for the wheels) I really appreciated the person packing the order who realised I might have ordered the wrong coasters ( I had actually selected grand piano ones ) . He rang to check my order was correct then fixed and amended it . The website needs to be a bit clearer but I do appreciate the person who saved me the hassle of having to send the coasters back and swap them over .”

“I was really happy with the chat on line prior to my purchase. The person was really informed and was able to look things up if needed. Speed of delivery was slower than I would have expected but did come a day early (before weekend) so can’t complain.”
