I ordered some piano items on line ( an upright key and coasters for the wheels)
I really appreciated the person packing the order who realised I might have ordered the wrong coasters ( I had actually selected grand piano ones ) . He rang to check my order was correct then fixed and amended it .
The website needs to be a bit clearer but I do appreciate the person who saved me the hassle of having to send the coasters back and swap them over .
