“I had a good experience buying my electric piano the only aspect to improved on is a large number of automated often repeating emails (17 in total) sent from the vendor in the purchase process. That was way too many. Max two or three would be more than enough. Other than that, all positive.”

“Everything about this order was good. The only minor issue was about the description of “same day delivery for in-stock item”. I checked that option as the item I purchased was listed as “in-stock”. Only then I was notified subsequently that the item was “in-stock” but in Melbourne but not Sydney, hence, same day delivery not possible. I could have ordered elsewhere if I knew that same day delivery was indeed not possible. It created a little surprise as I needed the item within that week. Anyway, just a minor point about the website description, otherwise, the trade was smooth, the staff was all very helpful.”

“It was very easy process and simple and the keyboard arrived quickly. I found the process of the credit card authorisation unusual. I have never been asked to do that before and at first thought it was a scam but I spoke with other people about having to do it and they said they have done so in the past so I responded but I must admit I was tempted not to do so in case it was someone fishing for my information”

“Was disappointed that the item I wanted appeared to be in stock when I made the purchase. Next day I was notified that it was on order and offered an alternative. I declined this offer and accepted the delayed delivery date. That said the communication from that point on was good and we are happy. Even if the deliver guy needed me to use my muscles.”
