“I am very happy with the product! Thank you so much! I think you could improve your tracking system for online orders - it was confusing, or did not show much information, which caused me to call your call centre for an update. Also the courier (Toll) was not very equipped to deal with dropping the product at my house - they had a single person without a functional trolley. “Very happy with the company. Very happy with the product I bought. I thought the delivery process needs a bit of work. Courier Companies can be difficult to work with. If it is not going to arrive when stipulated, it is better to inform the customer beforehand. I know courier companies are difficult, and it would also be good if the customer was advised exactly where the product would be delivered if you miss delivery.”

“Good price, and piano shipped promptly (so I have review delivery time positively). However, I also ordered headphones at the same time and all of the tracking information was confused by having two items in the same order. Ultimately, it took nearly a month for the headphones to arrive, despite an array of notifications that they were pending, or on their way, or had been collected, or whatever. That system could use some work.”

“I ordered my digital piano overnight on the 20th Dec. I did not expect to receive it until after the New Year. Unbelievably I had it before Christmas! Apart from that nice surprise, it was a great deal that included the stand and pedal unit which are usually sold separately and that saved me some money and extra hassle. Love my new piano”

“The team at A.P.W. were very helpful both in shop and on the phone. After several conversations, they advised me on my choice selection for an electric piano and its accessories as I was split between a Yamaha and a Roland. The knowledge of the products by the staff was quite helpful in finalising my decision. The price was right and to facilitate logistics, I was even offered the delivery of the products to my place rather than drive to 3 different locations to pick them up. We are now proud owners of a nice Roland piano and it has already been used for several hours since its arrival. Thank you A.P.W.”

“The delivery was a complete nightmare. Item was only available from depot 100km away. No success in creating authority to leave without signature despite multiple requests. Value was $60”
