I bought an instrument online, and it's absolutely fine - just what I was after. I was surprised that there was no follow up at all from APW, after spending the best part of $3K with them. I learned about the schedule of delivery from going back to the original Track Shipping email and checking. Nothing at all from AFP - thanks for buying, interested in any accessories, any problems setting up... nothing. That seems odd from a customer service perspective, but honestly, it also diminishes your chances of making additional sales - cabinets, music stands, headphones, other electronic accessories and so on.
