I was not very happy with Australian Piano Warehouse. I was surprised when they said my keyboard would arrive in 3-4 business days during the pandemic, but I was more surprised that it took two months to arrive in the end. I contacted them multiple times and they said they would follow up. It was only when I asked for a refund that they finally acted to get the keyboard to me. I understand it's been a challenging time but it still could have been rectified sooner and communication could have been better. I am happy with the keyboard.
