This is another "minus star" review to add to the growing collection!! Again our so called scheduled gas delivery has not happened. They know exactly how little gas we have but still no sign of a delivery. Their Scheduled plan is useless, nothing happens without constantly pestering them. They also have the nerve to threaten a £200 fine if the reading is higher than expected. I am astonished to see there are positive reviews on another review site, have they written them themselves?
We are now in the process of changing suppliers. AVOID AVANTI!!!!!
