Like all the previous reviews we are being treated horrendously by this Company.
I have had LPG with Shell Gas then Avanti Gas for 33 years.
This is the first time I have failed to have a December delivery.
My portal is telling them the gauge is 0%, my delivery date supposed to be 15th December. They take my Direct debit every month, so where is my contracted monthly winter top up?
I have emailed constantly, rang only to have the phone put down on me when I suggested the women use a pen and paper to record a call back request, as the IT system was down, conveniently, when I called at 17.00pm.
Time to go home I assume.
Shockingly disgraceful way to treat any customer let alone a 33 year long customer.
We have no Gas for heating or hot water using a camping stove and electric heaters costing us more money.
They are in breach of contract.
Sadly we renewed our contract in August, for another 2 years, elsewise wr would seek a new supplier.
