The company that knowingly and deliberately leaves its customers without gas. Background is that I placed na order in good time when my gauge read 25%. Case duo the order when my gauge read 10% to be told I wasn't a priority as deliveries are only being scheduled to customers who have 5% or less. Despite updating my gauge readings I am now without gas. Emails to customer services results in a threat that if a delivery is made and I am found to have a gas supply I will be charged £210 plus VAT. Now without hot water and heating in winter. Will not be renewing my contract with Avanti.
