Ordered LPG on 22 January. Delivery scheduled for yesterday, 10 March. Still no delivery, no update. Have 40% tank break limit on contract and registered as priority customers. No customer service to speak of, no easy method of escalating complaints, consumption can't be updated on portal, turned gas and heating off. Disgusting lack of service.
