Ordered a PC case on Monday which was in stock and paid £12.95 extra for 1-2 delivery. 4 days later I contacted them to ask where my order was, they told me they its not in stock and could not get in touch with anyone in Despatch to ask, initially no managers were available until i told them i was reviewing the experience in the internet. I then spoke to Mark who told me that they are very busy, well so is Amazon! If you want reassurance that stock figures are correct and getting your order on time i'd buy from Amazon. I just thought i'd give these guys some business instead of Amazon, unfortunately these problems will happen with these smaller companies until they get their stock figures and back office working as it should. Ended with refund and 4 days i wont get back
